Terms of Service

Knowrithm platform agreement

These terms form a contract between you (the company using Knowrithm) and Knowrithm Labs. They govern access to the workspace, APIs, and documentation. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you accept these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts & access

Workspaces are provisioned to a verified company contact. The workspace owner controls seat invitations, roles, and integrations. You must ensure that every user is authorized to access the data they work with.

You may connect your own LLM providers, embeddings, and knowledge sources. You are responsible for complying with third-party terms (for example OpenAI, Google, or AWS). If a third-party revokes access, Knowrithm is not liable for service disruptions.

2. Your obligations

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that infringes intellectual property, violates applicable law, or contains malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend agents that trigger abuse alerts.

Data stewardship

You are responsible for obtaining rights to the documents, databases, and personal data you connect. We store and process that data on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

Security posture

You must protect account credentials, rotate API keys, and review audit logs. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at security@knowrithm.org.

Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. We may temporarily pause features for emergency fixes but will post updates in the status console.

3. Payment & taxes

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected in your workspace. Charges are non-refundable unless required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes, levies, or duties.

If invoices remain unpaid beyond the grace period, we may suspend access to agent responses, document ingestion, and outbound integrations until payments resume.

4. Termination

You may terminate at any time by emailing support@knowrithm.org. We may suspend or terminate access for the following reasons:

  • Material breach of these terms, including misuse of data or reverse engineering of proprietary systems.
  • Non-payment of subscription invoices after the grace period defined in your workspace plan.
  • Requests from workspace owners to close or export their tenant.
  • Legal or compliance obligations requiring us to disable access.

Upon termination we will retain workspace data according to the retention controls available to you and the Privacy Policy. You may export data before requesting deletion.

5. Disclaimers & liability

Knowrithm is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate or that third-party models will be available at all times. Use responses as decision support, not as a substitute for professional advice.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
