Knowrithm is a conversational knowledge platform. To provide the experience you expect, we have to process content that you deliberately connect to the workspace—including conversations, uploaded documents, knowledge-base databases, and the LLM settings that power your agents.

Conversation transcripts, uploaded documents, database connection metadata (never raw query results unless you request it), system activity logs, and model configuration settings.
Data stays encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is scoped by company and role, with audit trails for every privileged action.
Admins can delete conversations, revoke database credentials, rotate API keys, and export or purge embeddings at any time from the workspace dashboard.

We never sell your data, and it is never used to train foundation models shared outside your tenant. If we partner with third parties to deliver features (for example, cloud model providers), we ensure processing is covered by data processing agreements and regional requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
